Jenn’s Tater Tot Casserole
This is an old favorite among children and teenagers. It is simple to make. I use this quite often in my house. I have made some minor adjustments to the original recipe, but it is absolutely delicious and gets rave reviews every time I make it.......
ENJOY!!
Ingredients:
1 ½ lb Lean Ground Chuck
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup (Can use Cream of Mushroom, but I prefer the Cream of Chicken)
1 Medium Onion, minced (I use Onion Powder)
1 Small Pkg. Frozen Tater Tots
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Seasoned Meat Tenderizer
Accent Flavor Enhancer
Old Bay Seasoning (Just a tad of this)
¼ tsp. Thyme or to taste
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Pat uncooked ground chuck into a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Sprinkle onion, meat tenderizer, and other seasonings on beef. Spread undiluted soup over beef and onion. Layer Tater Tots in single layer on top and sprinkle with a little salt to taste. Bake, uncovered, at 350-375 degrees for 1-1 ½ hours. Approximately 5-10 minutes before finished, sprinkled shredded cheese on top and put back in oven to melt.

Re: Jenn’s Tater Tot Casserole
I used to make this all the time, except I used Cream Of Mushroom Soup instead of the Cream Of Chicken Soup. We loved it too. It's quick to fix up, and then just pop it in the oven. You can do other things, while it's cooking. It's great for a working mom.
