Cheesy Potatoes
Peel and slice about 4 or 5 large potatoes. Slice them like you would for
home fried potatoes.
Put them in a casserole dish. Make the cheese sauce:

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
dash pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar
cheese

In medium saucepan,
slowly heat butter just until melted. Remove from heat.
Add flour, salt,
pepper; stir until smooth. Gradually stir in milk.
Over medium heat,
bring to boiling, stirring. Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute
Add cheese; stir over
low heat, just until cheese is melted and sauce is hot.
Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes and stir so that all the potatoes
are covered. Bake in 350 degree oven until the potatoes are cooked through,
about 45 - 60 min.
