Free Website Design?

I am not real familiar with this topic, but I do know you can find places to set up Free Websites. They are usually preformatted, but they do work. You can also set up Blogs (or Mini-Websites) that are free to set up through Blogspot and/or Wordpress. These are probably the top 2 places. Blogs are easy to use, and you can do what you want to with them. They also have numerous preformatted templates that you can use.

If you have the money and want a more professional website design, there are numerous places that you can find on the internet that can do this for you. They can do it to whatever specifications that you ask for and include what you want in it. Some of these places are fairly reasonable in price, especially if it is a new company just trying to get their name out there. I had an ebay template/site set up in the past for about $100. It looked really nice and did exactly what I needed it to. As a matter of fact, it is still up and running. I just haven't had time to put anything on recently.

I am working with a guy who would set up a website with blog capability and also add some photoshop pictures for around $200. I plan to host it on my godaddy account which I pay around $150 a year for unlimited websites. If all goes well I plan to and will offer a service of creating and hosting websites (just the frame work). Obviously let the onwers have admin access to their content and blogs ( at that point I will have no access to theier websites from the front end. Shall update once all goes well. Plan it will happen in two weeks time. I would also be open to set up everything on the hosting side for the owners, so they have total control over their sites.
