How can you get an efficient digestion? Can drinking plenty of water on an empty stomach do that? How about the theory about eating fruits on an empty stomach?

Drinking the recommended amount of water each day is huge help in weight loss efforts. If you drink a glass of water before you eat, it can help you feel full faster. Therefore, you tend to not eat as much during that meal. And yes, it does help with your digestion and helps keep your body regulated. In addition to this, water can help fight acne problems and keep your skin clear and younger looking. As far as eating fruits on an empty stomach, I am not sure I have ever really heard about this. However, certain fruits are very good antioxidants and can help keep you from getting colds, the flu, etc. in the winter time. They are also good for digestion as well.
I have went so far as to use certain fruits to make homemade facial masks. They are wonderful for your skin for toning, smoothing, refining wrinkles, and clearing acne.

I have had a problem with Acne off and on for years. I guess it's a female hormone thing. Ha. Ha. I have never been one that liked the taste of water, but maybe I should try this stuff out. Lord kows, it couldn't hurt, huh?
